A "Partial Work Possible" should be standard field when (a Pro user) adds a new task!
The Scheduler is not very practical because there's no easy way to define when "Partial Work Possible" other than accessing the scheduler on toodledo.com
Also, the scheduler itself should be available on the iPhone and other places.
