Icons Scroll off Top of Screen on One PC

I'm using Toodledo on three different PC's - home, work desktop, work laptop. The work laptop is new, and runs Windows 10 Pro - the others run Windows 7, I believe.
On the new work laptop, in the Task view, when I scroll down the page, the icons such as Search and Folders scroll off the top of the screen. This doesn't happen on my other two PC's. How do I fix this?
