feature request: "better by"

[Sorry if already asked, I searhed before but did not find]
It would be really useful a field "better by", to pair with "due date"; "due date" would be the absolutely due date, but "better by" would indicate a date in which it would be better have the thing done.
This to cover a situation like "This must be absolutely be accomplished by 30th July, but if you may send us by 23rd July it would be better".
