Some tasks change to a blue color?

Ever since the update, when I touch on a task, sometimes it turns the whole line blue? Once I go into details, it either stays blue or returns to white. I don't know what the significance of the changing blue color is and how to turn it off. Thanks for any insight!

yup- me too. iphone X 13.5.1
Also, the contexts are shortend to 7 characters, and unshorten when you touch them (and blue highlight).
