Syncing from ipad to Windows desktop

I am having trouble syncing from my ipad to my Windows dekstop. The items I added on my ipad tonight at there but not everything that's on the ipad is on the desktop version.
I utilize the ipad for all my input but would like to be able to print sometimes from my desktop.
On the sync settings on the ipad I have all 3 "on" (Start/Quit, Edit, Timezone).
I have logged out of both on the ipad and PC and logged back in, but still they are not identical.
I have searched FAQ's and Forum topics but could not find a match for this issue.
Help please.
