My iphone app is not working; it just freezes and I have tried several steps indicated in the forums. Including completely removing the app and data and reinstalling. Not having access to my lists on my phone is unacceptable. I've been a happy long term user of Toodledo and would like to be able to continue with this service. Is help on the way?

You may want to look into a third party app that uses Toodledo backend. Unfortunately the third party apps may not have all the Toodledo features you need.
