disappearing tasks

Hi,
I know this was asked before but I didn't understand the answer (I'm from the Netherlands).
I love toodledo but my tasks keep on disappearing: it doesn't matter which browser I use.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

For what it's worth, I've just started having the same problem. Since you didn't get an answer, I assume I won't either.
