Is there a way to mark a task Partial complete, or Work in progress, or Percentage completed.
I can't seem to find this basic to to do list feature

Does the Status field not do what you need?

If status is not what you want, you have several options: Break the task into subtask. Use a tag. Use length vs time tracking (maybe with sorting).
