Are subscription upgrades available now?

Earlier in the year before I realized Toodledo had been abandoned, I tried to go from a free account to a paid subscription. The charge was made to my bank account and then refunded. Now that Toodledo has been brought back to life, am I able to upgrade to a paid subscription or is that still not working?

I upgraded to a Standard Subscription 10 days ago - no problem.
