Today + Overdue

I would swear that when I selected "today" there was an option to include overdue, but now it seems to be gone. I can't even create a saved search that would accomplish this, because the boolean choices that are available won't let me.
Am I correct that it existed and now it's gone? I so, I'll have to go back to using The Ultimate To Do list, which lets me create the filter that I need.
