My tasks are duplicating as we speak

I have ccleaned up my tasks.

They seem to be duplicating again and again, even if they are marked complete.
I know this is probably a syncing issue, but I don't know how to solve it.

I am using my same old:
Iphone
Ipad
Mac App

Try a support ticket, they don't always review the forums on a timely basis.
