Can't' Check items with due date as done

On my blackberry (8320) I cannot check items complete that have a due date when using the simple html pages. I'm taken to a screen with the Toodledo logo and a link to sign out, the rest is blank. If I go "back" and refresh, the item is still incomplete.

Items without a due date will let me check them as complete without any problem.

Any help or insight would be much appreciated.

Just to confirm, you can complete a task that doesn't have a due-date?

I'm using a Berry as well and am unable to even click the arrows on the items. I can view the list but can't really get any additional information on the things in it.

We don't have any blackberries, so it is going to be difficult for us to fix the problem, but we'll look into it and see what we can do.

I can make a video of the problem and send it to you if that would help.

Also, I've recently gotten involved in a Blackberry forum at crackberry.com...it's very large and they may be able to provide advice or materials on the BB browser if needed. Some of the members seem to have quite a bit of technical expertise regarding BB stuff.

I have been unable to reproduce this bug, and then it occurred to me that what might be happening is that you have your task set to repeat when you complete it. When you try to complete a task with a due-date, does the due-date get incremented by a day each time you complete it?

While many of the tasks I'm referring are not recurring, I did a test with the scenario you asked about. There is no change to the task at all.

I also tested in Firefox on my laptop to see what happens. It doesn't automatically refresh the page, but the checkmark "sticks" until I F5 the page. Then the task is completed/incremented properly.

While I don't know what's going on with the "check" regarding completion, it almost seems like the BB browser isn't reloading the task list. I don't get any error message and the browser page is "done" loading to a (nearly) blank page with just the logo and "sign out" link.

Not sure what other info I can tell you that would be useful, but it is pretty frustrating. :(
