Having Subtasks Inherit Parent Properties

It would be nice to have an option to fill a subtasks properties from the parents. Rather than a default setting, I'd prefer a check-box. Often, I will create a shopping task for a specific store with the items I need to get there entered as subtasks. It would be helpful if I could have them all assigned to the same context and dates as the parent.

Oops, missed the "Indented" and "Hidden" options for sub-tasks. Even better. It would still be nice to have auto-populate, but less important with the hidden/indented options.

Subtask inheritance of parent fields has been a fairly popular request. Currently only Folder is inherited, but Toodledo has said they plan to allow for more extensive inheritance of parent task attributes.
