Can't find a recent instance of this question being asked: I want to access two toodledo accounts on the iphone. Is there any way of doing that?

The Toodledo app does not support syncing multiple accounts simultaneously (nor do any of the 3rd party apps). You could switch back and forth, but it would require deleting and reentering login info, etc.
The better options are probably these:
-Sync one account with the app. And use the slim site for the other account: http://www.toodledo.com/slim
-Sync one account with the Toodledo app, and the other with one of the 3rd party apps.
