How to add a subtask to an existing task on the web site?

How can I edit an existing task to include a note. I can do it on the iphone on the task windos with "add note" but cannot seem to be able to figure out how to do it on the web.

The "add/edit" note icon is on the right side of the task. You may need to scroll horizontally if your screen is too small.
