For a really and powerfull experience for sharing and collaborating I think would be important, indispensable, having a common database for:
- Folders
- Tags
- Context
- Goals
- FILES (PRO PLUS SUBSCRIPTION)

Add an option "manage/edit common data" in sharing form, for each user in sharing.

This feature is most powerfull thing you can do.

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.
