Hello,
I have just started using toodle and unfortunately I have found a limit that for me is very important:
Each to-do can have only one folder and one context!
So I have two folders "web server project" and "mail server project" and two contexts "computer shop" and "web shop".
Now I have a to-do "buy a new server" that fits the two folders and two contexts above: what can I do?

You can assign multiple Tags to a task.
You could try using Tags instead of Contexts.

Infact I just got rid of folders, context and status and only using tags to manage the whole thing and I think its much easier that way. Also since I use twitter and email to add all my tasks, tags are the best as I cannot add new folders or context using email but I can add new tags.
