Filter all but one folder

Hi,
I have a few folders set tup
Home, Personal, Financial, Sport, To Buy, Work
How can I view all the folders except the work folder?
The filter mechanism seems to do the opposite (it only shows a particular folder)

You can use Advanced Search for this... go to search and change the drop downs to the following:
[Folder] [is not] [Work]

I knew the designers couldnt have missed this
on the weekends or free time I don't want to think or be cluttered about work related tasks/projects
