Hi
I am new to Toodledoo. I have a project with no due date. It has 6 subtasks. One subtask is due today. Why isnt the subtask appearing as due today in my all tab? I realize this might be a "youthful" question. thanks Tracy |

Hi Tracy,
For your sub-task to appear, you will need to toggle the setting so that sub-tasks are 'Flattened'. If you have them set to either 'Hidden' or 'Indented', they won't be visible. |

This has caught me out on several occasions too, and I've been using Toodledo for ages!

I also run into this problem pretty frequently (and miss tasks because of it). For most of my context, folder, and goal views the fixed hierarchy makes a lot of sense to help organize work, but from the overdue, hotlist, date-based, or calendar views the fact that a lot of tasks are hidden makes tracking work really difficult.
This also carries over into my mobile apps - it's *much* more difficult to toggle between views for dates. |
