Once I've created a new task, how do I add a note? I know how to add one while I'm making the task, but how do I go back and add a note once it's already been created?

When you view your task in the list view you should have an icon off to the right - looks like a sheet of paper with the top right corner turned in and at the bottom right a + in a green circle.
Click this and a note edit will roll out below.
If the icon is not visible you need to add that note column under the 'customise' bit to the top right of your list.
