Any progress on keyboard shortcuts for adding subtasks?

It's still pretty tedious to do this. Is there any chance we'll have a shortcut for this someday? A keyboard shortcut that would add subtask to currently selected task/group?

+1 for the original request.
We are SOOO close to being perfect here. It's super useful that we can now click on a task to add a subtask to it, but now we need to be able to choose a task as a master when we add one (i.e. add a sub-task, and specify the parent) via the new task dialog. Pretty, pretty please. :) |

+6. I use subtasks extensively and would love to have a keyboard shorcut for adding them. moving the cursor to that tiny icon is a nuisance. Would also love to be able to indicate a parent task in a field in the subtask

I agree-- I often add tasks & subtasks together. Right now it requires several clicks. So, +10 for me please.
