Is is possible to attach a MS word document to a task? If so, how?

Pretty sure you can if you've got a Pro Plus account.

You can attach pretty much any file to a task (even multiple files) if you have a Pro Plus account. (Don't know about executable files or the maximum size for files.)

Great news...(I do have a Pro Plus account)..but I don't see how to do it. Can somebody help, please.
