on iPad - accidental "Cancel" is a bummer

Editing a notebook note on iPad:
The cancel button is less than a finger's width from the top of the edit screen. I've had the experience of creating a long note, and attempting to add a subtitle first line (e.g. a date) I've accidentally hit the cancel button and deleted all my work.
Please have a "confirm" prompt for cancel with unsaved changes.
