Timer on Iphone/Ipad

Hi,
Very new to this and needs some help on what I can do on my Iphone/Ipad. Can I start the timer using the Iphone/Ipad?

Not through any iPhone/iPad app. The closest you can come is navigating to the Toodledo website through the Safari browsers and doing it there.
Too bad, really. I love the feature.
