I am a user of your iPhone app. On your subscription details page at the bottom it says: *Users of our iPhone App will have the following à-la-carte upgrades applied to their account: Locations (create more than 5), Reminders (customizable leadtimes).

I do not see these upgrades in my account. How do I get these added?
