Google just announced this, and from what we have head they are not following the OpenID standard, they made their own format that isn't compatible. We'll look into it. In the meantime, you can make a standard account.

Has this been fixed in the meantime? If I try to use the Google OpenId URL (https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id) to link my toodledo account with my google account I always get the following error message:

There was an error connecting to your OpenID server.

Is there anybody here who could succesfully use the Google OpenID?

Google OpenID will not yet work with Toodledo. We hope to get this working soon.
