Why do I see two (2) Google calendars on my Mac?

I am using Appigo for Mac to sync tasks with Toodledo, and I use BusyCal on the Mac. Because I have BusyCal set up to sync with events directly with Google, it places a calendar within BusyCal. That Google calendar is seen by Appigo Sync for Mac and Toodledo as a folder that gets created in Toodledo, which in turn Appigo syncs back to the mac as a duplicate calendar -- thus I end up with two calendars on my Mac for Google. The second duplicate name has no events and no tasks. I can delete it on two of my Mac computers but the third Mac gets that duplicate Google calendar? Any suggestions?

Please contact Appigo.com for support with this issue, since it seems to be with their software.
