Hello
I am a pro subscriber. Trying to print a booklet and I only receive a blank screen...and it will not download. Any thoughts or something that I may be doing wrong? Thank you! |

I think I just figured out the problem. It appears to work in firefox. Is Chrome not supported?

The PDF reader plugin may be not working with Chrome. What will always work is to download the file to your computer first, and then double click it to open it on your computer and print it from there. Printing a PDF from inside a web browser sometimes has problems.
