How to stop boilerplate text from email added to notes

When I send email from my office to Toodledo, the corporate server adds a disclaimer to the bottom of the message. This then shows up in the note section in the task. Is there a way to mark it for exclusion? For example, I could put a couple of dashes at the end of my message that would indicate that any text following is not part of the task. Dashes don't work, but is there another way?

Unfortunately no. I wish there was a way.
I also find the conversion from HTML to text not very good - carriage-return/line-feeds at the end of sentences/paragraphs get doubled up by Toodledo which makes it less easy to read.
