folders for notebook

how to arrange notebook in the folders. i cannot seem to find an option for that.

To put a notebook entry into a folder, edit the notebook and then select the folder from the drop down menu.

i am really sorry i searched it for 2 days still could not find the option.its now there boom just like that.
