How safe are the RSS feeds in terms of Security. Is it really open to anyone trolling sites?

Yes, the RSS publishes your tasks on the internet for anyone to read if they know your secret URL. The only configurable option at the moment is the ability to publish only the hotlist, vs the entire list. We plan to make this more configurable in the future.
