Todays Toodledo Toosday Tip:
Do you know that you can create a saved search that only shows tasks that were completed during the current week? This is great for weekly progress reports! To do this, simply create a saved search that says: Checked off>Yes Date completed> is after>type in "Last Sunday" Submit your Toodledo tips to [email protected]. Useful tip !
One caveat though : I use a "completed tasks by day" list and of course, want it sorted by day. However, I don't get why the sorting capabilities are not included into searches as it is a fundamental need. So I have this "completed tasks by day" search saved, but anytime I use it I must modify my default sorting order (the one I use for my current to do list), and then modify it again when I use another search. Definitely a must |

On Windows, you make sort order retentive by going Settings > Save sort preferences on a per-list basis
Unfortunately, this isn't available on the iOS versions |

I like this tip. Is there a way to easily get the results of a search like this out to text? So it can be incorporated into a weekly report or a project report?
This would be nice. |
