Is there a single location that lists all of the available URLs for API 2.0?

I ask this because I've been working off sample code using the original API and I need to update all the URLs for API 2.0.

Yes, click the "API" link at the bottom of this page. There is no one-to-one translation between API 1.0 to API 2.0. so it won't be as simple as copy/paste, but it shouldn't be too bad.
