For example, I'd like to GET tasks but only get 'starred' tasks. It looks like right now the only filter option available is modification date or completion. So I have to filter them myself. I'm using API v3
My app is not about syncing data with Toodldo which I guess is what most of your partner apps do. Instead my scenario is about triggering actions based on Toodledo events (such as a new starred Task).

We do not plan to add search parameters to our API. You will need to download all the tasks, cache them and then filter out the starred ones locally. Sorry.
