I would like to create a mylyn connector for toodledo.

Is there any way to create attachments through the api?

There is currently no way to mange files via the API. Maybe in the future.

I am sorry to hear that.
Mylyn uses attachments to store (and hence share) a task context.

So I will wait until you provide such api.
