Just an FYI, I updated the toodledo code on Github. It's now very efficient with authentication (and reauthentication) in case of key expiry or invalid credentials. It will reauthenticate your sessions if you are using the same userid, password and token (it requests another token transparently to the user), so everything is handled for you.
