Hi David,

Thanks for your reply.
The instructions that you provided (above) are confusing to me.
I don't want to run TestFlight. I'm not interested in being a Beta tester.
I want to update to the Next Generation app when it is solid and ready to go without further testing.
The link you provided in your reply...

https://info.toodledo.com/next-gen-mobile-apps

...takes me to a page that wants me to install and use TestFlight. I don't want to do that.

Am I missing something? Are there instructions for going straight to the tested-and-ready-to-use Next Generation app without going through TestFlight? Ultimately, that's what your users are going to want. That's what I'm looking for.

Thanks,
Lowell

p.s. to kafolske: My data is still available through the toodledo website and I have saved a backup file.

I received an email yesterday (10/26/2022) from the Toodledo team encouraging me to update to the next-gen version of the app.

I verified that my ipad is running an older version, so figured I would give the new version a try. I downloaded the new version to my ipad and when I opened the app, virtually all my tasks and notes disappeared from view on the ipad.

I also run Toodledo on my iphone and Windows desktop. I verified than neither of those platforms seems to have been affected through the cloud. (My data hasn't been lost, and anyway I have it backed up on local disks.)

My ipad is running iOS 12.5.6 and the Settings app says this is an up-to-date version.

I have removed Toodledo from my ipad due to fear that if it somehow manages to sync through the cloud, I may lose all my data and have to revert to my backups.

This is not acceptable. Can you advise?
