Is there an e-mail address that I can provide a screen shot of an example?

Jake, this problem had been address as well, however, is back today. When using the print icon, it brings up a preview and the items at the bottom of the page are only partially shown (the top portions of the letters), and the items at the top of the next page only show the bottom portion of the letters. Again, this had been corrected and was working fine as of Wednesday. When I attempted to print my list this morning, the problem is back.

I cannot open a support ticket because I used the 2 available to me more than a year ago. I would hate to have to pay for a subscription to address a problem that has already been fixed once and has returned.

Thanks!

Jake, I would love to, however, I used my 2 support tickets more than a year ago. The problem seems to have been addressed at this time anyway.

As of this morning, when I try to print my list, Toodledo does not spool all of the data. Consequently, I cannot print my list and use it for notes during my calls, etc. as I normally do. This problem does not occur when using reporting from other sites. Please advise of a corrective action.

Thanks, Jake! I don't want to speak too soon, since this is the first I've tried since my last post, but I think it's fixed for Chrome!! :) That's a relief!

I do use multiline view. My concern is not my columns, but my rows. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer to no avail. I also tried adjusting the margins in each to see if somehow I could get my pages to print without leaving off portions of my rows (again, not a column issue). I have even attempted to adjust the zoom before printing. No luck. It definitely worked seamlessly in Chrome before. While I understand that I could export it into a spreadsheet, my question would be...if that's necessary, why wouldn't I just use my spreadsheet as my list instead of your product then? Hoping to avoid unnecessary steps, afterall, the purpose of your product is for efficiency, right?

I saw the post from Jake above.

It's not fixed. It is still cutting lines off at the page break, making them useless since there is not enough of the character shown to read it.

Looking forward to a quick fix.

I have asked this question in a previous ticket a year ago. I understand you can't comment on a timeframe, but asking again since a year seems adequate for something intended to be implemented. Here's my copy:

Question:

Is there a way to show all the due dates as actual dates and not have some show as "today" or "tomorrow"? At times, I like to work from a printed list. A date would be MUCH better in the case where my printed list is utilized over the course of a few days.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.

Yes, it appears to be partially fixed. Now it's cutting off the last task on the bottom of the page, and/or the first on the top of the page. It used to format accordingly to that all lines were legible. Will you be correcting that as well? Understanding it was intended to replace paper, I use a printed list to make notes during all calls, etc. on my list each day. A printed list is a very helpful tool for me, and the app allows me to add things on the go so my list is ready the following day.

Since the update, when I print my list from Chrome, it is clipping off tasks at the page breaks. I can see only portions of the letters, whereas before it used to format and size accordingly so that all lines were shown completely. Is there a fix for that since Chrome doesn't have a zoom option so I can adjust it on my own?
