How do my two employees that I've created silver accounts for set up those accounts on their app? |

I have a silver subscription and I've purchased two other silver subscriptions for two employees on my account.
When I click on the "Add Collaborator" tab it takes me to a sharing page and I have the option of clicking on the two employees or adding a new one. After selecting an employee I go back to my task page and collaborator drop down and that employee is not there. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Did I set them up with a silver account properly to use this system within our company? Many thanks. |
