I think of omnifocus [mac app ] and how they promote their " perspectives " but it's limited to the formats that they allow you to work with . I have a context that's titled the same as several folders [company initials ] i've already chosen the folder I wanted ,but when I try to quick add the context , all it shows me is a list of folders ? melchizW	Posted Dec 07, 2015 in: Batch Edit tool can now append tags Score: 1 melchizW Posted: Dec 07, 2015 Score: 1 awesome update ! and I just discovered today another goodie about the batch edit tool in general , If I don't want to batch edit the entire group on a page , If I sort the results by folder , context etc and collapse them , I can choose to to edit only the group[s] I expand . Would be interesting to know how many people actually subscribed [paid ] to get access to the outlines and lists and habits features . They are nice but I'd be surprised to find they're your bread and butter . Everyone I tell about toodledo is impressed with the power , but they don't stick with it and they don't subscribe because of the appearance .

Did a data wipe on the iPhone and only 72 tasks came back in the sync . So I've wiped again and this time doing a force TD to device sync for the first sync . So far it's got 85 tasks back and it's still working on it .
