How can i find all tasks with active timers?
How can i find all tasks wich have timer values that were recorded in a special month? |

For what it's worth, it would have been good to see this integrated into tasks instead of a stand-alone feature. In my mind, all habits are tasks. And notes. It is good to see progress on habits, but without a feature for note-taking by day (why a habit was/wasn't achieved), this is good for explaining the 'what' but not the 'why'. +1000 on that. 1) Timers are independent. You can have multiple timers going at a time if you want. I know, but does this really make sense? We can only work task by task. Is it possible to provide an option for users, who like to stop a running timer automatically when another timer was started? |

Export lists of tasks (i.e. Hotlist, search list, etc.) is a no-brainer, but still not possible?

Hi all,
i have some questions about the timer feature: 1. When starting the timer on one task i would expect the timer to automatically stop on another task where it was started before. Is this possible? 2. I often loose the focus on the task where the timer was started. There should be an indicator somewhere at the top of the page, that there is a timer running. Clicking on it should show up the running task. Makes sense? 3. How can i report all tasks with times but where the timer is stopped? Cheers, Andreas |

Thank you for the link.
How useful is the calculated importance level for managing a big todo list? The formula is very static, isn't it? Any plans to you make it more dynamic some day? |

I like your idea of calculating importance levels of tasks.
What formula do you use for it? |

Great, thank you!!!

Why is the left menu sidebar not collabsible? Would be very useful for small screens, wouldn't it?

When adding new goals it is possible to link them to previously created long-term or lifelong goals using the "Contributes to:" field.
What are the consequences of linked goals in Toodledo? |

Very interesting threads with many useful tips on how to setup Toodledo here. :)
Still working out my perfect TD setup, which should reflect a mixture of focusing on my life roles (Stephen Covey) and GTD (David Allen). Would you suggest using folders for every role (i.e. husband, father, finance, health, consultant) and every client? |
