Is there any thought of having lists tied to Folders? My Folders are one way I organize Tasks & Notes, wish I could do the same thing with Lists.

Has anyone actually imported a list from a CSV file? Can't make it happen for some reason.

Any way to add multiple items to a list rather than individually?

Can a list be printed?

I upgraded TD on my iPhone last night, and now cannot add a task using it. Strange.

Is there a way to control what information (Location, Priority, Folder etc) shows on a reminder that is emailed and shows on my iPhone.

Chuckle chuckle. This all reminds me of when Coca Cola Co tried to replace Coke with "New Coke" back in the 80's. There was a tremendous backlash and the move turned out to be one of the all time corporate blunders. They tried to market it as New Coke vs. Classic Coke, but eventually New Coke disappeared.
I am glad "Classic Toodledo" is back, I did not like the "New Toodledo". Allan |

It appears the shortest time duration that you can hide future tasks is 1 month. I wish there was a shorter period, say 2 weeks or even 1 week. I want future tasks to be hidden, I don’t want to use the Status field or due dates, I want these tasks 2 weeks out to be hidden and then automatically show as time progresses.

It would be very helpful if I could see and record the # of days it takes to complete a series of tasks. I know the day you enter a task is shown, but is there a more automated way to track # of days to complete a task. Some kind of report if possible.

I am amazed by some complaining about a software that costs $29 a year. I am a home builder and we use an industry leading project management software that costs us $3,000 a year. We've been using Toodledo to manage daily tasks and it is more effective than the software costing 100 times more.

I want to change the name of the "Folder" field to something else (Job). Is that possible?

I have myself and 3 employees who want to use Toodledo and iPhone app to collaborate. Each of use will enter to-do items on Toodledo and the other 3 need to be able to see what was entered on their iPhone. Is this possible? Can we all share the same email/log-in address to do this?

If I share folders with other users, can we all see tasks shared in those folders, on an iPhone or iPad?

I could not find that setting, however, the two finger scroll does work. Thanks!

I have to App and it works fine but I am referring to when you go to the site via a URL. I am in the "Main" view for tasks and nothing scrolls, so I can only see those 15 or so tasks that show on the iPad screen.

I cannot scroll on the iPad when viewing tasks. I must be missing something?

How far back can you see completed tasks? And how do you see them?
