Posted Mar 22, 2020 in: Siri and Apple Remind and Toodledo...not add time?
Score: 0
I love using the Apple Remind app via Siri to add items to my Toodledo list.
But it always adds the time (7:00 AM). Is there a way for it NOT to do this? Thanks! -Phil |

When I create a new task on my web browser, the default date is "today".
I love this feature and I wondering if it can be replicated on the iphone app? Thanks! -Phil |

I created multiple folders (work, errands, home).
How do I see just one folder? It used to be apparent, but now it is not. Thanks, Phil |

"Then turn on importing from the Reminder's app."
How is this done? I went into the Reminders app and Settings > Reminders and see no option to "turn on importing". Thanks again, Phil |

Hi,
I want to tell Siri "Remind me to go to the store" and have it show up on my "Today" section of ToodleDo. Is this possible, and if so, could someone explain how to do this? Thank you! Phil |

I am a fan of the new Lists feature in ToodleDo. Thanks for doing that.
I don't see it on my iPhone though. Is there a way to get it in settings? Or is coming in an updated app? Thanks, Phil |

I really like the idea of using Siri to add tasks to ToodleDo. But tasks are entered with no due date, and get placed into ToodleDo where I forget about them.
Is there a way to make make it so new tasks entered in via Siri are set up to show under "Today"? Thank you, Phil |

I love emailing tasks. I am able to email it and get it to "today" by typing "#today".
How do I get it to a certain folder though? Thanks, Phil |

I LOVE the iPhone app, and it is a major reason I went back to the iPhone from Android.
But, when I am looking at my tasks for "Today", it marks tasks off rather than making them disappear. How to I make them disappear? I don't like all the clutter. Thanks, Phil |

Score: 0
I really enjoy the ability to forward an email to Toodledo and have it show up in my To Do list.
My question: If there is an attachment, say a Word Doc, in that email and I have the Pro Plus account, will the attachment(s) also make it intoToodledo? Thanks, Phil |

Forgive me for not knowing what it is called, but is there a way to enter tasks with keywords and symbols for easier entry?
For example, if I wanted a task to be for today, could I enter, "Feed Dog ##today" and have the ##today automatically have Toodledo enter task into the calendar for today? Thanks, Phil |

As a form producteev member, I must say I love Toodledo. The ONE thing Producteev did so much better was Calendar view. Not only did it show each task, but you could drag and drop them from one date to another.
