Hi 2007ajh,
I am sorry for a very late reply. I don't visit the forum often and so far I can't find a way to get it's feeds/subscription to get notification. Anyway, about weekends being on one line, you probably mean week-view? because Saturday and Sunday display the same as any other day on month-view. On week-view they "share" a box and got half of height each. I am afraid it is quite fixed at the moment although column-based view of week-view is currently on the plan that might solve the issue. Thanks, Hafiz |

Hi Frank,
I am sorry for the late reply, I have just read your post just now. Thank you for your feedback. No, DesktopTodo currently does not support saved search/views. Function-wise, yes, I try to map functions that exist on toodledo web whenever it makes sense on the desktop environment. However, DesktopTodo is a fully functional desktop application which means all data available fully offline and it executes and integrate natively to the Operating System instead of browser component. Besides that, there are also enhancements from web that available only on DesktopTodo like multilevel grouping. Thanks, Hafiz This message was edited Apr 21, 2014. |

Hi,
DesktopTodo 1.5.1 has been released. This is a bugfix release. Below is the list of updates : - Fix bug on completing repeating task - Fix initial sync issues on certain account You can download it below : http://www.desktoptodo.com/p/download.html Note : There seems to be some subtle changes on repeating task on Toodledo recently. It cause completing repeating task will generate task with incorrect due date on DesktopTodo. You might also see task-repeat field say something like "Every 1 day" instead of the the usual "Daily". So, if you use version 1.5.0 or below, you should update to the latest one to have it fixed. Regards, Hafiz |

Hi Richard,
I am sorry for the late reply. I have been busy with 1.4 development and haven't been monitoring this forum often lately. It's been released BTW and I'll be posting it on another post. I am aware of first load time issue and still trying to minimize it in the process. However, some part of the load time can be a bit tricky to suppress. .Net Framework and third party libraries that I use already contribute to some initial loading time before my code have a chance to do anything yet. It's not an excuse though, just want to give some picture on factors contributing to initial loading time. I am hoping to allocate more time to do more profiling and optimizations to speed things up after some more functionalities has been implemented/established (I still have some on my lists). Hopefully, the initial loading time can be reduced more. Thanks, Hafiz |
