Hi,

is there a way to create a rule set to automatically classify tasks based on specific properties, e.g. task text?

Example: I like to store URLs as tasks to look at them later. I have created an extra folder for those tasks. It would be great to have the functionality that those tasks which start with "https" are automatically assigned to that folder.

On an abstract level: It would be very helpful to be able to create rule sets which take one of more properties of the task (text, priority, due date,...), matches them against filters (ideally regular expressions to provide flexibility), and performs actions on tasks that match the filters (e.g. setting specific properties like tags, folders,...)

Regards,

Sebastian

I am also interested in a sync between Google Tasks and Toodledo. Mainreasons:

Google Tasks integrates very nicely in the Android ecosystem (calendar, widgets, etc...) but lacks some basic features like repeating tasks.

Toodledo is a great task management software, but the integration into Google Calendar could be better.
