I have been a Toodledo user for 15 years now. The first thing I want to say is that I still LOVE IT! Couldn't live without it anymore.
But I have been experimenting recently with the Next Gen Mobile app on Android. I really like some of the features and UI changes, but I have come up with a question (or issue). I don't if this is a bug or a "feature" or just a setting I might have missed... I have been using subtasks for a long time now, and when I use them in the legacy app, or the web I can create subtasks with different folder assignments than the parent task. It works very happily that way. When I try to do this in the Next Gen app it immediately puts all my subtasks in the same folder as the parent task. Then, of course, on the next sync they show up that way on the web and on all my other devices as well. Then I have to laboriously reassign all the folders on my subtasks. I guess my question is exactly what I stated above: Is this a bug, a feature, or a setting that I somehow haven't figured out how to use yet? Thanks! Troy |

Hi Troy, This may be a bug that is realted to a limitation with the number of connections that an application can open to Outlook at any time and garbage collections issues in the API. How many outlook tasks do you have? Does the problem go away if you delete your completed tasks? keef Hi Keef, You were exactly right. That did it. I never even thought about the completed items being a problem. Especially since your amazing program has the "Ignore Existing Completed Tasks" option in it. I deleted all my completed tasks and it seems to work fine now. Thank you for your help and thank you for your program. Now that I can use it, I will test if for a little while and see if it's going to work for me. If it works out for me you can expect a donation from me. I appreciate your time and efforts. I am VERY excited about the possibility of getting your program to work, but so far I'm having some problems. I was getting "Error during synchronization" running your 0.98.6 version. I just uninstalled it and updated to the 0.98.7 version you just released, hoping that it might help my issues but it didn't.
