How can I forward an email with an attachment to toodledo? Also, is there a way to include a symbol ect to the email I forward so tododledo will know

I submitted a support ticket 6 days ago. as far as I can tell I have not received a response. I did get this email with a link but when I clicked on the link it just asked me to create a new support ticket. What do I do?
