Is there a quick and easy way for me to delete multiple tasks at one time? I know how to create a search for specific tasks already. I now want to take those tasks that I have found and delete them all that are part of this new search. Can I do that in one act or do I have to delete each one individually? Thanks so much for your help.

Is there a way for me to do a mass move of some of my tasks to a specific folder? Initially, I did not put any of my tasks in a folder, but now I am finding it necessary to organize a bit better and think it would be helpful to move hundreds of my tasks to a folder. Can this be done? Thanks.

Good evening. I am currently using this app mainly for my daily tasks, which I have quite a large amount. What I need to know is if there is a way for me to create a new "list" of tasks. I have things I need to complete on a daily basis but I need to have a new list created of things I need to do on a weekly basis. The weekly list is a cleaning list and the items on this list can be completed any time during that week. I just need to have these tasks in a separate list. Is there a way for me to do this? Does this make sense?

Thank you, the deletion of all tasks worked great!!! I think the issue with the duplicate tasks and completed tasks still showing up has to do with them being recurring tasks. It seems like it's just the recurring tasks that are having a problem. Is there something I should be doing differently with recurring tasks when I export them?

Good evening. I am new to this app and am having some problems. I exported my Outlook tasks to a .csv file and then imported it into Toodledo. I have a few problems with this.
1) I have duplicate tasks in Toodledo that are not in Outlook. 2) Those that show as complete in Outlook are not showing complete in Toodledo. 3) I can't figure out how to delete all the tasks I have currently in Toodledo to try to export again from Outlook and retry this. I'm sure this is a simple fix, but I can't seem to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas? |
