I have been nervous about using your service, since I find myself becoming so dependent on it. I have put a great deal of information into Toodledo.
The crash did cause me inconvenience and hurt my productivity, but I do appreciate your full disclosure and updates. I hope you plan to be in business forever, will keep improving your reliability and product, and will make substantial improvements based on your experience with this. Best, Malik |
