When I click on the "Manage Subscription" Link, I get the standard "enter your e-mail address and we'll send you a log-in code" stuff. To this, I enter my e-mail address. However, I NEVER get the code. What the heck is going on?

Yes, I am getting this as well. Additionally, the Nested Entries on multiple tasks are displaying improperly.
